Parkin

In cooking we have been making Parkin. Parkin is a cake made in England to celebrate Guy Fawkes. It had golden syrup and oats I had to melt the butter and golden syrup on the stove. The next thing I had to do is pour the mix into the cake tin and put it in the oven for 50 minutes at 160 degrees.

Vegetable Soup

On Monday in Cooking we were making Vegetable soup. I had to cut some frozen celery then I put some cold ice down Jordon's shirt and she laughed her head off. It helped her to forget about the raw onions that made her eyes sweaty. I was stirring the soup as it cooked to make sure it didn't burn on the bottom

Wearable Arts dress

I was trying on the dress but I will be wearing it for the wearable arts competition
