Paper mache

  I have finish my cat but now I just need to paint  her face I  am calling my ngeru  Shamrock 

Matariki

 My Matariki project is now finished. Matariki falls on friday my dad's anniversary.

Computers

I enjoy computers it is my favourite thing  to do. I am good at  technology and I know how to use word, YouTube  and every thing else on computers I would like to teach some of my friends how to use a computer 

Nitro Circus themed sensory

  Today I joined sensory and we put a Nitro Circus video on. We set up our own track with the magnetic toys. 

Art and Craft

Today in art and craft I made a Māori Kete for the first time I haven't made anything Maori before. I enjoy the Maori Culture and teaching my friends how to speak Maori words.
 I was doing computers today I had fun learning to edit my stories.RW

Happy birthday-

 On Friday the 11th of April it was my birthday I am now 41 I celebrate it at Arohanui on Monday the 14th. I want to thank Amy for the muffin thanks for making my day. 

Acting and roleplay -

 I enjoyed doing the role play with Katrina. I was the Princess and I was trying to escape from the witch 

Art and Craft

In art and craft we are making props with toilet rolls we are not far to finish them off  and now we are making hair and funny faces here is a photo what it look like. 

Underwater Tropical Experience

 On Monday I had a magical sensory experience. At first we listened to the Swiss Family Robinson audiobook which was about a scary storm and shipwreck and then washing up on an uncharted piece of land. Next we watched an interesting and beautiful fish documentary. I lay back and enjoyed all the colours. 

Yoga

 Today in sensory we did a full body yoga session. It started out very slowly and then we got into more and more difficult moves. I challenged myself and did most of the video. I like stretching and copying the postitions.

Numeracy 💯

Haka activities

  I loved listening to Te Reo music and performing a haka with my friends. It was awesome lunch time activities  KB

Sensory bonfire

Today we went for a sensory walk to the racecourse tables and made a pretend bonfire out of the sticks. We made a big pile and circled it in leaves. I told everyone campfire stories. We walked back and smashed the nature ice blocks.   

Yoga

Today in sensor we had a yoga session. I was super keen to get involved and stretch my body. I followed each move carefully and completed the whole video.  

Bring on 2025

 Nga mihi O Te Tau hou  Happy NewYear this year is my 7th  year at Arohanui. I started on the 5th of February 2018 I had a awesome Christmas and New Years I think I stayed in Rotorua for four weeks let’s make this year a good one 

Sensory

 Having a relax.. practicing some calm mindfulness 💓
