Underwater Tropical Experience

On Monday I had a magical sensory experience. At first we listened to the Swiss Family Robinson audiobook which was about a scary storm and shipwreck and then washing up on an uncharted piece of land. Next we watched an interesting and beautiful fish documentary. I lay back and enjoyed all the colours.

Yoga

Today in sensory we did a full body yoga session. It started out very slowly and then we got into more and more difficult moves. I challenged myself and did most of the video. I like stretching and copying the postitions.
